Saddle Fitting Consultation:
Base Rates (within 10 miles of CH3 7QT)
Single horse: £70
Two or more horses at the same yard: £60 per horse

Rates Beyond 40 Miles (all-inclusive)
Single horse: £80 per consultation
Two or more horses at the same yard: £70 per horse

Travel Fees
10–20 miles: +£10
20–30 miles: +£20
30–40 miles: +£45
Travel fees can be split between multiple bookings at the same yard.

Adjustments & Gullet Bars
Gullet bar changes and minor flock adjustments for Deva-supplied saddles: included
For non-Deva saddles:
Gullet bar change: £10 per saddle
Gullet bars themselves: additional cost (sourced to your preference)
Minor flock adjustments (any saddle): +£10

Off-Site Workshop Services
Full reflock- £180 (includes refit)
Other repairs / work POA
POA = price on application; we’ll provide a bespoke quote based on required work.

Additional Notes

We recommend a follow-up check within three months of your initial fitting to ensure optimal performance.

A selection of lightweight and performance gullet bars is available; ask for guidance on the best option for your discipline.

For multi-yard clinics or events, group travel surcharges can be combined to reduce individual costs.

Bespoke padding solutions and special access arrangements can be accommodated—just let us know your requirements.
